Thank you for using SnapIt. We want you to have a great experience, but we understand things don’t always work out. This Refund Policy explains when and how refunds are handled.
Subscription Refunds
SnapIt operates on a subscription basis.
Once a subscription payment is processed, it is non-refundable, except where required by law.
This includes monthly and annual subscription plans.
Free Trials
If SnapIt offers a free trial, you can cancel at any time during the trial period.
No charges will be applied if you cancel before the trial ends.
Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.
After cancellation, you will continue to have access until the end of your current billing period.
No refunds or credits will be issued for unused time.
Exceptional Cases
Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis only if:
You were charged due to a technical error on our side.
You were billed multiple times for the same subscription period.
If you believe you qualify for an exception, please contact us within 7 days of the charge.
