Welcome to SnapIt ("SnapIt", "we", "our", or "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of SnapIt, including our website, browser extensions, applications, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using SnapIt, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use SnapIt. If you are using SnapIt on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
2. Account Registration
To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You agree to:

Keep your account credentials secure
Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
You must notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.
3. The SnapIt Service
SnapIt allows users to capture, save, organize, and revisit visual inspiration from across the web. Features may include browser extensions, cloud storage, tagging, collections, and search.
We may update, modify, or discontinue parts of the Service at any time.
4. User Content
4.1 Your Content
You retain ownership of all content you capture, upload, or save using SnapIt ("User Content"). This may include screenshots, images, text, or other materials captured from third-party websites or applications.
By using the Service, you grant SnapIt a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, and display your User Content solely for the purpose of operating, maintaining, and improving the Service, and providing its features to you.
4.2 Third-Party Content
SnapIt allows you to capture content that may be owned by third parties ("Third-Party Content"). SnapIt does not claim any ownership over such Third-Party Content.
You acknowledge that capturing content using SnapIt does not grant you any rights to use, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display Third-Party Content beyond what is permitted by applicable law or the rights holder.
4.3 Responsibility
You are solely responsible for your User Content and for ensuring that your capture, storage, and use of any Third-Party Content complies with applicable laws, including copyright and intellectual property laws, and the terms of the source website.
SnapIt is a passive tool for capturing and organizing content and does not monitor, review, or verify the legality of User Content.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
Use SnapIt for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
Infringe upon intellectual property rights
Upload or distribute malware or harmful code
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
Abuse, harass, or harm other users
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
6. Intellectual Property
All SnapIt branding, logos, design, software, and other materials (excluding User Content) are owned by SnapIt and protected by intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the Service without our prior written consent.
7. Paid Plans and Billing
Some features may require payment. If you purchase a paid plan:
Fees are billed on a subscription basis
Payments are non-refundable unless required by law
We may change pricing with reasonable prior notice
Failure to pay may result in suspension or downgrade of your account.
8. Termination
You may stop using SnapIt at any time.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if required by law. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
9. Disclaimers
SnapIt is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding reliability, availability, or suitability for your needs.
We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SnapIt shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to SnapIt in the 12 months preceding the claim.
11. Privacy
Your use of SnapIt is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use personal information.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the Service or by other reasonable means. Continued use of SnapIt after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
