Thank you for using SnapIt. We want you to have a great experience, but we understand things don’t always work out. This Refund Policy explains when and how refunds are handled.


Subscription Refunds
  • SnapIt operates on a subscription basis.

  • Once a subscription payment is processed, it is non-refundable, except where required by law.

  • This includes monthly and annual subscription plans.

Free Trials
  • If SnapIt offers a free trial, you can cancel at any time during the trial period.

  • No charges will be applied if you cancel before the trial ends.

Cancellations

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.

  • After cancellation, you will continue to have access until the end of your current billing period.

  • No refunds or credits will be issued for unused time.

Exceptional Cases

Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis only if:

  • You were charged due to a technical error on our side.

  • You were billed multiple times for the same subscription period.

If you believe you qualify for an exception, please contact us within 7 days of the charge.

  • A brief explanation of the issue
